Site of this year’s event is at the Hendricks County Conference Center and Fairgrounds. IPLLA is the Green Industry Leader and has once again pulled together a tremendous agenda.
As a new feature this year, the Indiana Professional Lawn & Landscape Association will devote an entire education track to business related topics for Owners and Managers. All of these will be held in the Conference Room of the Hendricks County Fairground Complex. Note that this year includes guest speakers from our very own team at Kenney Corporation.
We will start the day with “7 Steps to Small Business Marketing Success” featuring Mr. Mike Kenney, President of Kenney Machinery and Kenney Outdoor Solutions. Mike will share his insight on producing customers who repeat and refer, your web presence, advertising, selling a system, marketing by calendar, and much more.
Sandy Miller and Celest Higgins of Old National Bank will then join us to discuss “How Do Small Business Owners Finance Their Future”. As your business grows, are you ready to grow with it or do you feel limited by your finances, education, and fear of the future. How do you grow, and do so in a sound and well planned manner?
Finally, Dan Gamble (Kenney Machinery) returns with “Leadership Starts with You”, a continuation of his popular presentation from last years’ Field Day. How do you get to the next level? What skills do you need to improve your ability to run the operation? What can you be doing now, to prepare your firm for the road ahead?
