Indiana High School Football State Finalists Play on Toro Turf

edit

IHSAA logoThe Indiana High School Athletic Association 2015 football state finals are coming up on November 27th and 28th, and while the championship games will be played on the artificial FieldTurf surface at Lucas Oil Stadium, many of the teams in the finals play their home games on fields that are maintained at least in part by Toro turf equipment.

While we are certainly not claiming that there is a direct correlation between a high school football team’s use of Toro equipment to maintain their field and the likelihood that they will make it to the state championship game, we think it would be fair to say that using Toro equipment doesn’t hurt their chances of success.

With that in mind, we felt it was only appropriate to give a shout-out to this year’s Indiana High School football championship teams on our blog, and also mention some of the equipment that helped keep their football fields in championship shape all season.

As you enjoy watching the championship games, keep in mind some of the championship-caliber turf equipment that helps maintain their home fields.  Toro reel mowers, utility vehicles, sprayers, and aerators all help many football teams across the state of Indiana keep their fields in perfect playing condition all season long, including some of the teams playing on Friday and Saturday.
